Shipping Rates - Domestic and International
Shipping Options:
We have selected USPS as our shipping carrier because of their great rates and dependable service. Shipping charges are calculated on a per ship-to-address or you can arrange to pick up your purchase if you are nearby.
Shipping Times:
In-stock items will usually ship within 24 hours of your order confirmation. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances.
- Shipping during cooler months occurs Monday-Friday to ensure speedy delivery.
- During warm months or when temperatures rise above 70 degrees, orders ship Monday-Wednesday.
We try not to have orders sit in the shipper's warehouse over the weekend. A shipper's warehouse may not have adequate temperature control and this could result in loss of flavor or even ruin your chocolate.
If you absolutely need an exception to this policy, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
Saturday Delivery:
This service is available in limited areas for an additional fee. To see if your delivery area qualifies, contact us to place your order.
We Ship Overseas:
We carry very select chocolates that are not available everywhere. We want you to enjoy our chocolate so we have made accommodations for overseas shipments, when possible. A few places where we have shipped our delectable chocolate: Sweden, Great Britain, Switzerland, Lithuania and Austrailia.
International orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Restrictions:
Due to our strict quality standards, we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
