Claudio Corallo has been working with the land for over 30 years. He lives and works on the West African islands of Sao Tome et Principe where the heirloom beans are grown that he uses to create his gourmet chocolate.This bio-dynamic gourmet chocolate offering contains nibs, which are roasted cocoa beans that have been seperated from their husks and broken into bits, which lends a nutty, crunchy bite to the earthy chocolate.
